Set in the remote area of Inhambane, Mozambique known as the land of the good people lies the tropical resort of Guinjata situated in the Jangamo area. This family run resort started 1997 with a few reed Baracas and chalets and over the years has transformed into one of the top resorts in Mozambique.
Guinjata Resort offers the holidaymaker superb upper class accommodation in 4 – 8 bedroom chalets. For larger groups or families, the 8-bedroom chalet can accommodate up to 17 people. Campsites are also available, tents can be set up under a baraca in well-shaded tropical surroundings. With fly in packages available direct from Jhb to Inhambane, it could not be easier getting to this family paradise. Dinner, bed and breakfast as well as simple overnight accommodation is also on offer.
