16 Sleeper Self-Catering House
This beautifully decorated beach house sleeps 16 people. There are 4 adult cottages outside with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. All beds have white percale linen, ceiling fans, mosquito nets and a safe in each room to lock up your valuables.
There are two outside showers - one downstairs following a day on the beach, and one outside in the forest at Room 1.
The open plan main house has a 360 degree view of the sea and milkwood forest. The lounge is comfortable and designed for reading, games and relaxing. The house is well stocked with bar fridges, two kitchen fridges, and chest freezer, coffee percolator please bring own coffee bags, ice maker, 5 hob gas stove and electric oven. Plenty of plates and cutlery.
Water purifier in kitchen connected to ice maker (bring water bottles for traveling and beach). There is a outside gas braai (no open fires). The back kitchen area has a fish prep bowl and lines for wet towels and cozies. With swimming pool under the milkwoods.
The front deck has views of the sea with four loungers. The back deck with view of lake and gorgeous sunsets with table and benches.
Bar area has ample seating and well stocked with glasses, ice buckets, 2 wine fridges, bar fridge and hi-fi with iPod connection.
Quick walking access to magnificent beach, untouched and unpopulated.
Parking for four vehicles - garage for beach toys.
Industrial washing machines and dryers - clothes washing done daily and brought back to you.
Small forest office for those who "must" work enabling you to get internet access, printing, and phone calls, etc. for a small fee.
Joyce, Pretty and Joe the 2 staff members who will make your holiday stay more relaxed with cleaning and washing will be there at the house on a daily basis.
There is a compulsory daily service fee for the staff which must be paid in cash when departing.
