Cuisine in Mozambique is mainly chicken & fish with rice, but meat is plentiful and easily available. Seafood is fresh, and offered in abundance on a daily basis from the local fisherman at a reasonable price. Cashew nuts are also considered staple food and are freshly picked and roasted. Delicious fresh Pau (bread) is also available daily.
