Fishing at Caju Afrique Mozambique has always been a fishermans paradise with abundant fish stocks. The Rio Inharime river lives up to that fine tradition. All the waters surrounding Caju Afrique are salt water varying in salinity be upriver and the salted lake Poela just 15 kms or 20 minutes by boat.Fish commonly caught in Lake Poela are the Kingfish, The Spotted Grunter, The Gar Fish and The Stump Nose Family. For the more adventurous are the Bull Sharks that are regularly caught at Zavora.
