Flight access to the Quirimbas Archipelago is now easily available. Guests can fly daily to Pemba International airport in Mozambique and then by light aircraft or helicopter directly to Ibo Island.
Excellent flight access to Pemba is available on Mozambique Airlines (LAM) from Johannesburg, (South Africa), Maputo (Mozambique) and Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania).
Precision Air also flies from Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania) and Nairobi (Kenya) into Pemba.
The 25 minute light aircraft flight from Pemba to Ibo flies over the Quirimbas Archipelago directly to Ibo Islands air strip and is simply stunning.
