Ilha Azul House is a 16-sleeper double storey house nestled in a quiet suburban area of Ponta do Ouro, away from the hustle and bustle but only a 2-minute drive from the town and beach.
This is a very neat and spacious self-catering house with two floors and landscaped gardens. The bottom floor sleeps 9 people and the top floor sleeps 7 people. This house can be rented as a whole or as separate floors. The house is air-conditioned and also has fans in all bedrooms and common areas. Both units have DSTV, fully serviced and the linen is provided

The bottom floor is well maintained and boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room and a braai area for socializing.

Room 3: one double bed plus one single bed (own bathroom)

Plus one complete stand alone bathroom
The Ground floor has a swimming pool which serves the Ground floor only, or the entire house if it is rented to the same client.

The top floor is brand new. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room and a large balcony for barbecues and socializing.

The house has secure parking for both the upstairs and downstairs apartments.
