16 Sleeper Self-Catering House
This house is situated on Mar Azul beach housing estate in Ponta Malongane. The house is situated in the beach front row of houses.
There are 7 bedrooms, all with sea views. 5 bedrooms have a kingsize bed in each room and the remainder 2 bedrooms have a bunk bed in each room, a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. Sleeping 16 people comfortably.
There are 5 bathrooms of which 3 are en suite with a shower, toilet and basin in each, the remainder 2 upstairs bathrooms have a shower in the one bathroom and a bath in the second bathroom.
The house has ceiling fans, no air conditioning.
There are 2 full time staff, Mito and Rosa. They do the cleaning of the house.
The open plan kitchen and living area open up onto a large outside wooden deck area with outside furniture and a swimming pool overlooking the ocean. This house has 180 degree sea views. There is a coal braai and an electric industrial skillet on the outside deck. Wood can be bought in the local village or bring your own charcoal with.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes 4 hob electric stove and oven, washing machine, 3 fridge/freezers, 2 chest deep freezers and deep fryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
There is no TV. All cleaning materials and toilet paper is provided. Bring your own bath and beach towels. The first R500 electricity is included, after this you need to top it up.
