Maresol is a housing estate situated in Ponta do Ouro, on the main Ponta do Ouro beach.
Maresol house 35 is right at the bottom of the estate and is a beach front house.
The house 4 bedrooms. The 2 seafacing bedrooms have 1 double bed per room. There are 2 bedrooms at the back of the house that dont have a sea view, the one bedroom has 3 single beds and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. All linen is supplied.
There are 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
The kitchen and lounge area is open plan and is fully equipped for self catering.
There is a table and chairs on the outside decking overlooking the ocean, should you wish to dine outside.
Please take note that the owner does not allow more than 9 people to stay in the house.
Extra R 100.00 per day for electricity and R 150.00 per day for the maid. Payable on arrival or on each day.
Please take your own bath and beach towels with you.
