Celia - the owner
Celia has a full time job, working for an International Organization for the Environment. On a daily basis she oversees the work that is being done by the Staff, and makes sure that the guests are well served.
Elisa - the Senior Staff of the guest house.
Elisa does some of the house keeping, supervises and she assists at reception, answering phone calls and taking bookings. She also supports Celia daily with the breakfast preparation.
Zinha - housekeeping
Zinha joined us recently in May 2008 and is responsible for house keeping as well as assisting with reception and bookings. She’s a young and very enthusiastic girls who speaks English. Under Celia supervision, she also prepare the delicious breakfasts.
Cristina - chef
Cristina is the cleaner working under Elisa and Zinha's supervision. As the "chef", she’s has been with us the longest - 11 years!
She’s is the one who prepares the fresh, crispy pastries (chamussas, rissois, pasties de massa folhada and fries)
Dina - support
Dina is the replacement cleaner who steps in when the others are on leave
Fernando and José- security and gardens
Fernando and José see to the gardens and guard the guest's cars. They ensure that we are all secure.
