Paradise is a privately owned beach home, situated on Vista Alta housing estate in Ponta Malongane. This house is tastefully decorated and has the most breathtaking 180 degree views over the ocean.
The home consists of 4 en suite bedrooms, of which two are situated in the main house and the other two bedrooms are accessed from the outside deck, making the layout of the house perfect for a family holiday or a larger group.
The main bedroom has a sea view and consists of a double bed with an overhead ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and his and hers basin. The second bedroom has a sea view and consists of a double bed, with an overhead ceiling fan and the en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and his and hers basin. The two outside bedrooms both have sliding doors that open up onto the deck overlooking the swimming pool. The one outside bedroom has a sea view with a double bed and overhead ceiling fan with an en suite bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and his and hers basin. The second outside bedroom doesnt have a sea view and consists of 3 single beds and pull out single bed with an overhead ceiling fan, the en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and his and hers basin. All linen is supplied as well as bath towels.
The kitchen and lounge area is open plan and overlooks the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and consists of a kettle, toaster, 4 plate gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans required for self catering. There is filtered drinking water available from the fridge tap. Cleaning materials are provided.
The lounge has a flat screen TV with DSTV, please bring your own decoder and card along. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge. The living area has sliding doors that open up onto the outside wooden deck, allowing for a cool sea breeze to blow through the living area.
The outside wooden deck is where you will most probably spend most of your time as it has awesome sea views. There is a large table with enough seating for 8 people, 4 sun loungers to lounge around the swimming pool and a hammock. Please take note that the swimming pool does not have a safety net or cover, so children that cannot swim must be watched by adults.
There is a R800 refundable breakage deposit that must be paid at Reception in Rands cash on arrival. This is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date.
