White Sands is situated about 10km past Barra Lodge. It is at the end of the peninsula, near the opening to the Inhambane Bay. The ablutions are clean and new with both hot and cold water. There are plenty of showers both in and outdoors to accommodate all guests. Power is supplied by generator which runs from 07am to 09am and again from 5pm to approximately 11pm. Plug points are available. Due to electricity being supplied by generator, White Sands prohibits any use of Electrical items with Elements, such has kettles, stoves etc.
White Sands Mozambique is a new campsite with chalets,beach bar and a aqaurium situated about 10km past Barra Lodge, Inhambane.It is at the end of the peninsula, near the opening to the Inhambane Bay.Chalets are self catering and have basic cooking utensils, gas stove and fridge/freezer. There are 2 x 6 bed and 2 x 8 bed self catering Chalets, there is one bed room down stairs with a double bed and all single beds up stairs in an open planed area.
White Sands Resort in Inhambane offer excellent dining opportunities. There is a restaurant and a bar that serves good food to all. There are vegetarian and non- vegetarian dishes available for the guests. One can also come for a glass of drink in the bar. But both the bar and the restaurant are open during the peak season.
